The Mania villa project is located in a small plot with Low width of land in the southern access position of the Mosha valley area. Landscape view from the north and south sides of the project is the most important feature of this plot and maintaining privacy while keeping the landscape view was our main challenge in designing. Due to its close location to the north side of the street and the need to have an opening in order to maintain the north view, a minimal pattern with double skin was considered to create a curtain in front of passers, in addition, to maintain a minimalist facade by defining the house. Unlike the north side, wide openings Provide light of all interior spaces on the south side. Also, simple and organic materials such as stone and wood have been used to integrate the exterior and interior area of the house.
There is more emphasis on volume by separating the form of the upper floor form with a horizontal skylight under the anvil. The building was moved towards the eastern neighbor to make convenient access and the parking, which defines permanent privacy to the neighborhood with the green wall, in addition to creating an artificial landscape. To create a sense of freshness of the space on the south side, a suspended terrace and stepped waterfall was considered that doubles the tranquility with the audible beauty of the sound of water in this environment.
