Today, there are many villas on narrow sites, which are closely attached, and conflicts between people’s private and public lifestyles lead to unresolvable challenging issues. The client’s impressive demand was the large balcony rules and the private freedom, creating a scene of distinction and an adequa occupant yard view. According to the entrance axis connected to the proposed building site, the first impression would be a 2D design was increased by a multi-layer design of volume, striped façade, by the location of the terraces, and the material used. A private backyard on the south of the building provides more natural light connected to the balcony with a stair to make them unite.
